Membership

All 78ers are invited to join First Mardi 78ers. Membership is free. 78ers can join here.

Members receive: 

  • invitations to regular lunches and special events 

  • monthly newsletter

  • opportunities for public speaking and media

  • opportunities to participate in Working Groups

  • free lifetime membership of Qtopia Sydney

  • voting rights at general meetings

We also welcome supporters who are not 78ers as Associate Members. Membership is free. Associate members can join here.

Partnerships

FMG actively works to develop partnerships with Government, not for profit organisations and LGBTIQ+ aligned businesses. Funding has been received from the NSW Government to support development of our 50th anniversary program.

Key partnerships established to support development and delivery of our 50th anniversary events include with Qtopia Sydney, NSW Museums of History, State Library of NSW, Pride History Group, Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, ACON, Pride Business Association and the Sydney Opera House.
